Coming out of the gate for round two like a bullet, Brent William offers up a more edgy sacrifice to the music connoisseur. Returning from a small private release of an EP recorded for his father's birthday, Brent decided to display a little more grit. He also wanted to thank all of those who have been waiting for years for him to finish these songs.
Thus was born the idea for the EP release titled "To the fans and the dream!" Brent wanted to make his first big time step into the music world to be dedicated to all those who have quietly supported and enjoyed his music. It also symbolizes his move toward his dream and the legacy he wishes to leave for his daughters.

"To the fans and the dream!" features three songs ranging
from dirty blues to flat out rock. Tokens opens the EP with
a rocked out swing rhythm. In this song Brent relays the tale
of watching someone fumble over the same bump in the road
of life. He then rocks the house in the fan favorite "Hey
na-ne na-ne". A fable like tale of a mysterious red robed
mistress and a party Johnny will never forget. Brent rounds
off the mix with "She Can". This is a revisit from his first
studio project in 1999 called "From the beginning..." Having
found the original mix file he re-mastered the track and wishes
to brush the dust off this ol' favorite.
With help from bassist Jim Thomas, Brent was able to finish
the last tracks he hadn't the time to write, and is excited
to share these recordings with all of you. This is for current
and potential fans.
